Hope floats. So does cognac (or brandy). At least when it’s in cognac glasses. Here’s a way to meet at a bar (of soap that is) without ever leaving home.

A number of years ago I was enjoying a glass of cognac while relaxing in a bath. I decided to warm it in the tub and low and behold I discovered it floated!  The round shape of the bowl weighted down by the short stem must be the physical explanation for it.  Regardless, it’s a wonderful accompaniment to a bath for two.
