Try this pleasure from the deep. This light, deeply flavorful meal makes the perfect bait wherever you’re fishing. The salmon is easy to prepare, delicious and can be served with any number of accompaniments. Even cold.  If not with sushi, I like to serve it with roasted garlic mashed potatoes. One thing’s for sure, you won’t have to fish for compliments.
